Returns

  • You may return most new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and sleepwear items must be returned in their original sealed packaging and cannot be tried on.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@ellapink.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ellapink.com with photos of the item.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
