📦 EllaPink Shipping Policy

After you place your order, our dedicated team begins working behind the scenes to ensure everything is perfect. Each item is carefully:

We aim to send your order to our fulfillment center within 1–3 business days.
Note: During peak shopping seasons (such as holidays, sales events, etc.) or during periods of high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer. Should any significant delay occur, we will reach out via email or phone to keep you informed every step of the way.


🚚 Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for your package to travel from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.

Available Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days in transit

  • Expedited Delivery: 1–3 business days in transit

💡 Total Estimated Shipping Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days total

  • Expedited Delivery: 2–6 business days total

Please be aware that delivery timeframes may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen logistical issues beyond our control.


💲 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We strive to keep shipping affordable while ensuring fast and reliable service.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders A$90 or more (before taxes and discounts)

  • For orders under A$90, a flat shipping rate of A$12.00 applies (Standard Delivery)

  • Expedited Shipping is available on all orders at a flat rate of A$30.00


📦 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation Email, which includes your tracking number(s). Tracking information is usually updated and becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey in real time and stay informed on its estimated arrival date.


📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

While we do everything possible to ensure safe delivery, EllaPink is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we recommend you:

  1. Immediately contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

  2. Save all original packaging materials and the damaged goods for documentation

  3. Contact our support team if you need assistance with the claim process
